Refund policy

Welcome to BEAMIFIED Store's return & refund policy.

You will be happy to know we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your goods. That gives you some leverage to gain trust in our services.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packing, and it must be in the same condition that you got it. You will also want a receipt or proof of purchase.

To begin a return, please email us at beamifiedstore@gmail.com. Items returned to us without first seeking a return will be ignored.

Damages and issues
Please look into your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item so that we may take steps to fix the issue.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain things, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), bespoke products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products), cannot be returned. We also do not take dangerous goods, flammable liquids, or gases as returns. Please contact us if you have any questions or issues regarding your particular item.

We are unable to accept returns on sale products or gift cards.

Exchanges
Returning the item you have and making a separate purchase for the new item is the quickest approach to ensure you receive what you want.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Regardless of the above, if the goods is being shipped into the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason and without explanation. As previously stated, your item must be in the exact condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packing. You will also want a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Return Process
Please send us an email at beamifiedstore@gmail.com with images stating your request for clarification. We will review it 2 - 5 working days and return feedback of our assessments back to you. We are understanding and want to work with you to rectify the situation. We will send an application form with request for bank details to initiate the refund transfer request. The return location will be provided during this step to ensure it is returned to the correct partner. 

 

Refunds
We will tell you after we have received and reviewed your return request, and we will let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. If you are authorized, your original payment will be promptly returned within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
